Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment is important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary. To accommodate all clients fairly, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please notify me by phone or text at 210-413-5416.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows:

  • Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or changed without at least 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. (The remaining balance after the deposit will be charged to the card on file.)

  • All no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. (The remaining balance after the deposit will be charged to the card on file.)

This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect both my business and other clients who could have booked the same time slot.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment date and time. Not receiving an electronic reminder is not a valid reason for missing an appointment if you received the original confirmation.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a smooth and relaxed experience. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the following client, and you will still be required to pay the full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply.

Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment (including the deposit), you acknowledge that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE service and agree to the terms outlined above.
